1. What a reward is
A CreatorBoard reward is credit, not cash. Finishing in the Top 10 of a closed weekly or monthly period earns a single-use promo code, bound to the winning creator, redeemable only against a future listing on CreatorBoard. There is no cash prize, no payout, no bank details, and no KYC — we never ask a winner for banking or identity information, because there is never a cash transfer to make.
2. Eligibility
You are eligible for a reward when, at the close of a weekly or monthly period, your profile:
- finished in the Top 10 of that board's final results,
- has no confirmed Platform Rules violation on the associated placement, and
- passed the fraud review described in Section 6.
3. How the credit total is funded
The credit issued for a closed period is not a fixed figure. It is funded by the listings that created the competition: 20% of the qualifying amount held by each of the week’s Top 10 funds that week’s total, and 30% funds the month’s. A listing therefore contributes to both competitions at once. Qualifying amounts held outside the Top 10 fund neither.
The total rises as the competition does and is fixed at the moment the period closes. Coupons are calculated against that fixed figure, and the published result for a closed period is never recalculated afterwards.
4. Top-10 schedule
The credit total for a closed period is shared among the Top 10 finishing positions according to the schedule for that period, expressed as a share of the total. The “current value” column shows what that share is worth as coupon credit, not a cash amount.
The weekly and monthly schedules are different. A week is deliberately flatter, so more finishers earn something; a month is weighted toward the top. Neither schedule applies to the other, and the schedule that governs a coupon is the one recorded against that competition when it closed.

Values shown are the credit totals as they currently stand for the open weekly and monthly competitions, and will change as those competitions do. Whatever the amount, it is issued as coupon credit — never as cash, and never paid to a bank account.
5. Calculation
Each finishing position’s coupon value is calculated as credit total × share, using the schedule in effect when the period closed, rounded down to a whole unit of USD — rounded down so that no more credit is ever issued than the competition contributed. Where two profiles tie for a position under the Competition & Bidding Rules tie-break clause, the coupon value for that position is split equally between the two winning creators, each receiving their own single-use code.
6. Fraud review
Before a coupon is issued, every Top-10 finish is reviewed for signs of fraudulent qualifying amounts, including disputed or reversed payments, stolen payment methods, and automated or coordinated activity. Coupon issuance is held until this review is complete, typically within 10 business days of the period closing.
7. Disqualification
A profile that fails fraud review, or is found to have violated our Platform Rules during the period, forfeits its coupon. Forfeited credit is not redistributed to other finishers unless we determine that doing so is required to correct an error in the published final results.
8. Coupon issuance and redemption
An approved coupon appears against the winning creator’s profile within 15 business days of fraud review completing. It is shown on their private management link and offered automatically at checkout when that profile lists again, so no code is sent anywhere and nothing needs to be kept. Each code is:
- single-use — it can be redeemed once, in full, against one future listing payment,
- bound to the winning creator's management link and not transferable to another profile or person,
- valid for 30 days from the date it is issued, after which it expires and cannot be reinstated,
- redeemable only as a discount toward a CreatorBoard placement — it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or transferred to a bank account or payment method.
8. Disputes
If you believe a coupon calculation or eligibility decision is incorrect, contact us within 30 days of the period closing with your placement details and the basis for the dispute. We will review and respond with our final decision.
